Editing chronological and alphabetical order of parenthetical citations
Hi all,
I am relatively new to using Zotero and could use some help. I am preparing a paper for International Journal for Parasitology: Parasites and Wildlife. As this is already a downloadable style, I was using it but noticed some problems. Author guidelines are to order parenthetical citations chronologically (oldest first) as so:
"(Smith et al., 2015, 2017; Adams et al., 2020)".
However, Zotero is ordering these alphabetically first and then by date and putting the newest reference first, like this:
"(Adams et al., 2010; Smith et al., 2017, 2015)"
I don't have much experience editing the citation code, and this style doesn't even show up in my style editor as an option (I am assuming this is because it is a dependent style), so I am not sure how to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated!
