Word Macro settings are preventing.

Word default location startup is in the Trusted Locations. But Zotero tab has an empty label and Word Macro settings are preventing.

Remove Zotero.dotm from your
Word Startup folder
, restart Word to confirm it's gone, and then follow
https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear
