Upgrade Storagean issue about installation

While using zotero, I often see this:
The file does not have an app associated with it to perform this action. Please install the app. If the app is already installed, create an association on the default app settings page.
Do you know what's wrong with my zotero?

I tried to installed zotero in F drive but failed, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it, chosed C drive, and installled it successfully. This window came out the first time I started zotero. The meaning of the chinese on the window is what I said earlier.
It says "forums.zotero.org" — did you save this site as an example? (I can't see what's behind the dialog.) Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?
