it takes very long time to open a PFD with lots of annotions(more than one minute，windows os).

    1) Do you mean you are opening them in Zotero PDF reader?
    2) Does it happen with more PDFs?
    3) Could you send that PDF to support@zotero.org, also including a link to this thread?

    Do you mean that happens when opening a note? Because in the videos I only see a note having difficulties to load that many images. Do you have issues opening a PDF file as well?

    yes，i have issues when opening pdf and note when the note contains a lot of pictures(more than 400) and the pdf contains more than 400 citations. And the note is exported from the same pdf.

    Could you also make a video that demonstrates the PDF reader issue, because the previous videos are only about note editor.
