Zotero still not working in Google Docs with version 5.0.100 and Google docs integration v2 enabled

I have tried troubleshooting according to the instructions about recent issues with linking citations in Google docs. Zotero works fine in the Word desktop app and for other functions in my browser. Using most up-to-date version of Chrome and windows 11. I tried enabling v2 of the google docs integration on my extension, made sure that version 5.0.100 is installed, and closed out of all Zotero/Google docs, then went back in. Track changes are off and it doesn't work in existing documents or new, blank ones either.
  • Here is my de-bug ID for not being able to add citations in Google docs D912823748

As I say in the other thread, you should disable v2, and if you're still having trouble we need a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector — not Zotero — for reloading Google Docs and trying to cite with v1.

v2 isn't stable due to a Google bug, which is why it's not enabled by default. It was just a workaround for the issue yesterday with v1.
  • Thank you for your help. Here is the Debug ID from the Zotero connector in Chrome D228773221. I had tried with and without v2 before and this time did not use v2 at all. I am still experiencing the same issue.
  • Sorry, but can you actually produce another Debug ID from Zotero, not from the Zotero Connector? Make sure it captures your attempt to cite (the previous Debug IDs that you posted didn't).
