Does Zotero have "Label" function just like Endnote?

Hello.

I was importing my library from Endnote to Zotero. But I found that Zotero did not have user-defined label displayed together with titles and author names, etc.

Does anyone know how to fix it or is there any plug-in on git-hub can help with it?

    I’m not sure what you mean. What exactly are you trying to do?

    As we can see, information of an article are showed by rows. And I want to give every article a user-defined label like "The first one to synthesize MXene." In this way, I can know the main idea of the article without open it.

    You can store information like that in the Extra field and add that field to the center pane
