Feeds from Googlepatent

I've been trying to set up a feed from a Googlepatent search into a Group Library. But Zotero won't accept the url from the search, with the search terms. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You mean you're just pasting in the Google Patents URL from your address bar? That's not a feed… Zotero supports Atom and RSS feeds.
