DOI translator prevent saving intended page on iOS

The save to iOS app feature does not seem to allow choosing which translator to use. Usually I can tolerate it, as long as the original url and title is saved I can fix it when I get back to my Macbook, but DOI translator does not let me save the original url.

This is a problem on any webpage that contains citations with DOI, but here is a specific example:
https://www.metafor-project.org/doku.php/tips:different_tau2_across_subgroups

I’d like to save the webpage, but due to the two DOI citations, DOI translator takes over and allows me to save only the citations.

Yes, choosing alternate translators on iOS is planned but not currently possible.
