Sync Error: 2119223040

I'm getting this error when sync is automatically attempted. Any thoughts on what the issue is? Thanks.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?

  • C:\Users\[…]\Documents\Zotero\storage\BLMJHSAQ\[…].pdf (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
    It looks like you just have a PDF that was modified elsewhere open on the system (e.g., in a PDF reader), so Zotero can't download the remote version.
  • I'm using Zotfile to send and get PDFs to a tablet. If I get all PDFs back from the tablet, will the error be removed?

    This is about Zotero syncing and some external process on your system. Nothing to do with ZotFile.

    If you don't see the file open in some external PDF reader, just restart your computer.
