Word plugin doesn't appear in Word

    this morning, I have the same problem with windows 10 education and office365 in an active-directory. the word-plugin is enabled in zotero, but it doesn't appear in word365. (and appear only with double-clic on zotero.dotm).
    it was working fine in april 2022 on the same classroom computers.

    is there any zotero logfile to open ? or debug mode ?
