Upgrade Storagefail to fetch PDF automatically

I have access to full text but I'll still have to download PDF files from the website and then upload files from the local database.
It says this:
Captcha is required or PDF is not ready yet for "Dynamic modeling of a cabin pressure control system".
You will be redirected to the scihub page.
Restart fetching process manually.
Error message: Error: HTTP GET https://sci-hub.ru/10.1177/0954410019867578 failed with status code 403

But if you're saying you're not getting PDFs from the Zotero Connector on pages where you have access to the PDF, we'd need an example URL and a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero for a save attempt.
