Upgrade StorageDOI not captured from IEEE Xplore
Hi,
The DOI is not captured when scraping IEEE Xplore entries. E.g. http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpls/abs_all.jsp?isnumber=4267893&arnumber=4267913&count=39&index=3
The DOI is simply blank in the Zotero Info tab. The text on the page that lists the DOI is:
Digital Object Identifier: 10.1109/TAP.2007.901503

sean Zotero TeamUnfortunately, IEEE Explore is not including the DOI in their RIS citation files. I'm not sure why.
