"Locate" linked to other searches?

I'm noticing that not all citations I download into google scholar are showing up with the full texts linked, despite having access to them via my university. One quick way of getting around this is to re-search the citation on Google Scholar, and follow the links like I usually do, but it seems only Worldcat is used for "Locate" which is not as convenient in terms of finding articles. Is there any way to "Locate" via other bibliography search engines?

    More resources will be added to the Locate menu in the future. At the moment it's limited to the OpenURL resolver entered in the preferences and, for items with URLs, the Wayback Machine.
