Zotero has experienced an error upgrading your document (2.0b7.6)

Hi, I saw a thread on this earlier this year, but I didn't see a solution to the problem. I installed the latest Word plugin this morning, and am now unable to insert citations into my document. I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, restarted word, restarted firefox, restarted the computer, and still no luck. I attempted to insert a citation into a new blank document, thinking it might be a problem with the doc already containing another version of zotero, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Dan, Thanks for your reply. Oddly, I just went to edit another document--this time a .docx and not a .doc--and inserted a Zotero citation with no problem. Then I went back to attempt to insert a citation into the .doc from yesterday--no go. So could the plugin upgrade have a compatibility issue with older editions of Word? Thanks for your help!
