How do I get all of "My Publications" to show up in that folder?

I've got 4 publications in my Zotero with my name (spelled correctly, I checked!) but only 2 of them show up in the "My Publications" folder. What's more, I'm not able to manually add the missing publications (the [+] button is greyed-out). Anyone have advice?

Items can only be added to the "My Publications" in the desktop application. You just drag the items to it as you would to another collection, but in this case you'll need to choose some options before adding the items.
