Zotero Add-in on Google Disappearance

Dear friends. A very frequent happening issue on my Google Doc. Zotero cannot work well by not showing the full menu but a line of the add-in. How to solve the problem? I have tried different browsers.

    Try disabling all your other browser extensions and reloading Google Docs.

    Thank you dstillman. I have disabled all the extentions and clean my Chrome data but it does not work. It is under the same situation on Safari.

    You might want to try in a new Chrome profile to see if that helps.
