Zotero account corrupted?

My Zotero account seems completely corrupted. I have unlimited storage but in trying to import a large number of files for a research project (over 100,000) Zotero has stopped working on both of my computers. I was importing files on two computers at the same time so maybe this is the source of my problem.

I am also running into a number of issues on the web version (like being unable to delete the group library that has this large number of records). Not really sure how to proceed, When I try to delete the group lirbary online I get an 'oops, sorry' error. Even if this would work, my 2desktop versions don't seem to be able to sync to the web version. Help!
  • We could delete the large library for you if you want, but if there are specific things that aren't working, it'd be better to try to debug those.
