Yesterday, my zotero app on iPad crash for no reason. Then, I tried to install the beta version but it still crashed.

can you still reproduce the crash or did it stop? If you can, when you open the app and see the alert window saying that you just crashed, you should see an option to "Copy and Export Database". Can you please tap that, store those files on your device and send them to us to support@zotero.org? If they are too big (> 7 mb), please upload them somewhere we can access them.
In the email just mention this post and send us the report id that comes with those files too.

I have solved the problem by fully delete the app then reinstall it from App Store. I guess this approach didn’t work because I just replaced the app and there are some broken caches blocked the app to be opened.
