Zotero connector doesn't work on mozilla

I have tried to acivated the connector for mozilla firefox and it says that it has a API problem

    Generated key had inadequate permissions
    1) Are you making manual changes to permissions when it prompt you to create a key? That would cause this error, which shouldn't happen normally.

    2) If possible, you want to use the Zotero app on your computer anyway, not save directly to your online library. You can install it from the download page if you haven't. And you should keep it open while saving.
