Plugin disappeared in Word 365

I have checked all the documentation, including the one mentioned about, but I am still unable to bring zotero back.
The only thing I am uncertain about is this sentence:
"make sure zotero.docm is present and ticked"
what does ticked mean?
In any case, I have tried everything from re-copying and pasting, re-downloading etc. I see no evidence of anything being work, yet zotero plugin is not there. It was 2 months ago after installation, but it vanished.
Can you please please please help?

If you're still having trouble, please say everything you've tried from https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear, in your own words, and what happened at each step.
