I have checked all the documentation, including the one mentioned about, but I am still unable to bring zotero back. The only thing I am uncertain about is this sentence: "make sure zotero.docm is present and ticked" what does ticked mean? In any case, I have tried everything from re-copying and pasting, re-downloading etc. I see no evidence of anything being work, yet zotero plugin is not there. It was 2 months ago after installation, but it vanished. Can you please please please help? Thanks! Ilaria

"ticked" means that the checkmark is shown.
