stuck syncing with 4shared

Hello! I just installed Zotero, imported my library from Mendeley (close to 2 Gb in size) and set up syncing via 4shared. 'Verify server' works fine, and I can see the Zotero directory in 4shared. However, Zotero then got stuck in 'Preparing sync'. When I restart, it gets stuck in 'Downloading items in My Library'. I filed an error report, ID 901985124. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! Achim

    That wouldn't have anything to do with 4shared — "Downloading items in My Library" is referring to data syncing, not file syncing.

    If you're still seeing this, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through 10 minutes or so of the initial sync attempt, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option? Make sure you've given it enough time that you're pretty sure something is wrong.

    Thanks. After waiting another 30 min or so, the issues seems to have resolved itself. All good now.
