stuck at the green loading bar

Zotero wont start; it is stuck at the green loading bar.

In the past when I got this problem I change the collection the software start on, in tweeking a txt file. What can I do?

    Start by upgrading to the current version of Zotero (6.0.15) from the download page. (You should also figure out why you haven't received automated updates in several months.)

    You should then restart both Zotero and your browser and try again, and check to make sure that a window isn't just appearing behind your other Zotero or browser windows. If you're still having trouble, try disabling all other browser extensions and reloading Google Docs.
