Error in iScience citation format in Zotero

I am trying to submit a manuscript to iScience journal but the format required is not at all the one created by Zotero when I select iScience. To start, the in-text citations are numbers with Zotero while it is clearly written in requirements of the journal not to do that. Is it possible to make the format right please? Below the details of the format as in the iScience webpage (, thanks :

In-text citations should be written in Harvard style and not numbered, e.g., "Smith et al., 2015; Smith and Jones, 2015." Please use the style shown below for references. Note that "et al." should only be used after ten authors.
