I cannot get my collections to load into the online system or to index.

    Start by updating to the latest version of Zotero from the download page. You should also figure out why you haven't received automatic updates for the last three months.

    If you're still having trouble, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
