iOS: Annotations Troubleshooting

I've been using the iOS version of Zotero to annotate my readings and sync up to my Macbook. After the latest update, I've been annotating on my iPad, and the annotations do not stay. Instead, they move up the document and then off the page. My page then looks blank, as if I did not highlight anything at all. I think this may be due to a bug in the latest update. I would really appreciate any help on this issue.
