Upgrade StoragePermission Error When Trying to Save PDF

Zotero 6.0.16-beta.3+29dd0cf5d (new yesterday or today)
Don't have permission to save PDF modified using Preview.app. This used to work. I checked Finder permissions from the file all the way up to my user account. They were all "Read-Write." I've used this before to add in-line text and rotate pages. It has always worked. I tried both directly from the Zotero file location and by changing PDF viewer in Preferences. Seems to be a Zotero issue.

(Note that you can rotate pages from the thumbnails tab of the sidebar in the Zotero PDF reader.)
