Zotero can not save comment notes

After using version 6.0.16, i cannot save the comment notes and the label cannot be added in comment notes by using my win10 laptop. The notes disappeared when I restart.
This problem never show at older version.

    You're getting various errors from plugins, so start by disabling all third-party plugins. If you're still having trouble after that, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this.

    Nice to hear from you.
    I closed all plugins in zotero that version is 6.0.16, and the new report id is 199593349. The problem is still here.
    By the way, 6.0.15 is the latest release version, which is really nice.

    See the instructions again. The Debug ID has to cover you actually reproducing the problem you're reporting. This just shows part of Zotero startup.

    I still don't know the specific operation process.
    I decided to return the 6.0.15 version.

    It just means you need to actually reproduce the problem you’re reporting while the debug logging is running.

    If you don’t help us fix this, it will just be broken for you when 6.0.16 comes out, and possibly for others as well, so we’d appreciate if you would take the time to report it properly. We just need a Debug ID that actually shows the problem occurring.

    I can reproduce: Debug ID D445842222
    Steps followed: I have opened a PDF file in the PDF Viewer, made a few annotations and closed it. When I reopen the PDF file in the PDF Viewer, the annotations are gone.

    The Highlight Text and Add Note are not saving.
    The Select Area remains, but not the text added as a comment below it in the annotation pane.
    Previously made annotations do not seem to be affected.

    Hi. Same problem here. I'm using 6.0.16-beta.2+f13966894 on Linux Ubuntu 20.04.

    How to reproduce the problem: 1) open a document 2) create notes/highlights on document 3) close the document tab 4) when re-opening the document the highlights or notes are gone

    @openfoam, @mjthoraval, @eduardo_amnvrs: This is fixed in 6.0.16-beta.3, available now. Very sorry for this — we'll add additional tests to make sure this can't happen again. Thanks for reporting.
