Before, the Zotfile plugin was used to extract Hightligh annotations from PDF files.
Now, the Zotero main programme gives this privilege to end users.
But with Zoteor the performance of exacting is much much faster than with Zotfile.
A pdf with 1000 Highligts, Zoteor takes up less than 30s while Zotfile needs 7mins or longer.
Do you guys experience the same story? How could the Zotero make such a leap in perfomance? Pls kindly share.
