Zotero and LibreOffice in Ubuntu: communication problems

Hi, I have Zotero running in Chrome and LibreOffice. After successfully inserting a citation, I started receiving this message: "LibreOffice could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is open and set to an online state and try again". I disabled the firewall, but nothing changes. Any ideas?
