Upgrade StorageCite within brackets

I, cant find a solution for my simple problem. Syle is APA 7.
Basicly I just want to add a citation in Word within other brackets.
It does look like this: ...problematic internet use (PIU (Brand et al., 2014)) BUT it should look like this: ...problematic internet use (PIU; Brand et al., 2014).

You can add "PIU; " as a prefix to the citation thought.

As I thought, it was pretty simple in the end. You can gues its my first work with Zotero.
In this example I introduced a new construct (problematic internet use) and wanned also mention the short form that is used prequently in literature.
