Extra line break in bibliographies after item number

Hello. When I create a bibliography and then paste that to Word or Google Docs, the number of each item is right-justified, apparently because there is a line break created after the number.

This happens in any citation style I choose, including AMA 11th or APA 7th.

How can I fix this?

    That's known, and due to incomplete HTML interpretation of most word processors (which lose some of the alignment commands Zotero includes in the clipboard). The options are to
    1) either create the bibliography as a RTF file and open that in Word/Google Doc or
    2) Use the Word/Google doc integration

    (Not sure what you mean by APA 7th, though, since that doesn't actually have numbers)
