Automatic Notes Extraction

I use Zotero for the annotation formatting when producing a paper, but more and more I find myself typing notes for the articles.

A feature that I think would be valuable would be a tool to extract sections from the paper and populate a new note for that article. That way, a user could type notes for the relevant portion of the paper

Take for example, this paper:

The result of this "extract sections into note" would produce a new note with the following populated from the article:

I. INTRODUCTION

II. CONCEPTIONS OF GENETIC PRIVACY

III. GENETIC INFORMATION IN HEALTHCARE

IV. GENETIC INFORMATION IN DTC GENETIC TESTING

V. OTHER USES AND DISCLOSURES OF GENETIC INFORMATION

VI. GENETICS AND IDENTIFICATION

VII. CONCLUSION

A subsequent option would be something to toggle the levels. There are subsections for the paper above, so if we increase the depth, it would look like this:
