Upgrade StoragePDF image rendering issue
I'm reviewing this document in Zotero: https://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy22osti/80742.pdf
Figure 25 on page 34 renders very poorly. Here's how it looks in Zotero: https://i.stack.imgur.com/4USAO.png
All of the lines render as solid (not dashed) with large gaps.

I have already tried setting layers.acceleration.disabled to true.
