Unlimited storage with Zotero Institution not possible - affiliation is not recognised
We have a license for Zotero Institution and our users have unlimited access when register with the institutional email. However, we now have a user who is not recognised as belonging to our institution, even though she has defined the institutional email address as her primary email. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Thank you.
