Download a Google Doc as Word file lost all citatios

I have downloaded a Google Doc that has Zotero citations to a Word file. I lost all the power of managing the citations- I just see a link such as
https://www.zotero.org/google-docs/?qwug4Y

How I can retrieve the citations?
