  • I would suggest calling one Bluebook--Practitioner and the other Bluebook--Law Review. They are very different in their intended uses, and there are significant differences in the styles.

  • Chiming in late, but I'd say that "Statute" would be a better description of a citation to the U.S.C. than "Legislation."
