I cannot use the Add items by identifier function.

I am using Zscaler and when it is turned off it works.

You'd have to figure out how to whitelist the requests via Zscaler then, that's not something Zotero will be able to help you with.

@ArturoERM: You can probably fix this by using the Zotero 7 beta. Zscaler is known to block Zotero 6, because it identifies as an older version of Firefox.
