Sync Error

Hi all,

My Zotero is having difficulty syncing. It is occurring both on my home Wifi and my university network at work. The error report will not submit when requested. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, log out of my account and log back in, and many other strategies without any luck. I am running Windows version 6. My web library continues to work, but the desktop app has not been able to sync for over 24 hours. Any suggestions?
  • Are no network requests are working from Zotero? E.g., Add Item by Identifier?

  • I just tried to add something that I was previously successful in adding by using the DOI and it will also not add. I think it might be a general network error. All of the other apps on my laptop that require a network connection are working.

  • @chocutt13: If you paste the error you're seeing in the "Report Errors…" window, we may be able to narrow it down a bit for you.
