Zotero is Crushing Word and i cant work

Hi, Zotero is crushing Word everytime Im trying to upload a citation. This is new, and I have done all that was told on the troubleshooting to no avail.

Please help me finish my thesis.

If you have a table of contents in your Word document try removing it and see if it still happens. If it does, you will have to follow the troubleshooting steps and say what happens at each step. You should not skip the final troubleshooting step.
