Citation output style error for sources set in Turkish

Hello,

Hi, the following is a small error/bug that is created when generating a bibliography or citation of a book section when the source language is set to Turkish. When listing the larger book or encyclopaedia (In XYZ...) from which an article comes, the citation generated puts an capital I with a dot (İ) rather than English capitalized I (I) when spelling "In". (Turkish has an dotted (i) and undotted (ı) I)

so it looks like this Ahunbay, Zeynep. “Medreseler.” İn Dünden Bugüne İstanbul Ansiklopedisi, 5:320–26. Istanbul: Kultur Bakanlığı ve Tarih Vakfı, 1994.
