Zotero connector on Chrome is not saving anything

Hi! I've been having issues trying to save online articles to my library with the Zotero extension on Chrome. It's not working on any websites. I tried #1-13 on https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues with no success :(

    Restart your Zotero application. If that doesn't help, try disabling all extensions in Zotero and restarting again.
