Hi. I have zotero installed on my work laptop and it was working fine until this week when zotero has disappeared from the ribbon on word so i am unable to cite any references
I have tried the fixes recommended on line and they don't seem to be working
can anyone recommend anything i should do
I wonder if it may need updating but i do not have permission to do that so am waiting for a response from my IT department
