For institutional reasons, I would need a written quote from your team in order to purchase a storage upgrade (2GB). Would you mind answering this post writing 1)what kind of upgrade it is (2GB) and 2) how much it would cost (20 dollars)?

    A 2GB Zotero storage subscription for 1 year costs US$20.
    (Is that what you were asking for?)

    If you just need a reference somewhere about the cost for subscriptions, you can find that at https://www.zotero.org/storage/

    If you need a formal quote, I'm afraid we don't do that for individual user storage subscriptions.

    For individual storage subscriptions, a user can purchase using most payment cards directly from their storage settings when logged in to their account (https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage). After purchase, if necessary for reimbursement, a detailed receipt is available at any time from that page for the most recent purchase.
