Unable to Upgrade Storage due to Payment Error

My storage is full, so I wanted to update my storage to a one year subscription but every time I try to upgrade, the system prompts an error message stating, "Error. Try again in a few minutes." Despite several attempts, I have been unable to proceed with the upgrade process.
I then wrote a Mail to storage@zotero.org but the Mail was blocked so I'm hoping to get help here in the forum.
