I connected my zotero acount to my university email adress but I still don't get free storage, I am still limited. How I change this and make the program recognise my institutional profile ?
Your university email address only qualifies you for unlimited storage if they have a Zotero Institution subscription.
I'm afraid your university does not currently have a subscription, but if they start one in the future you'll automatically have the storage applied to your account once it's activated.
