Citing Wikipedia article in NeoOffice causes crash
Whenever I attempt to insert a citation for a Wikipedia article into a NeoOffice (OpenOffice) document, NeoOffice crashes. I am setting the article as an "Encyclopedia article" item type in Zotero, without indicating an article author.
However, the citation works fine if I include an item "author" in Zotero (eg, "Wikipedia contributors"). If author is left off, then NeoOffice crashes. The same occurs when I attempt to cite a "web page" item without an author.
An example of how the reference should appear is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:CITEWIKI#APA_style. This example shows that no author is to be given. Another example at http://www.library.cornell.edu/resrch/citmanage/apa also shows online encyclopedia articles cited without authors given. (I don't have my APA guide handy, hence these pointers.)
I'm looking for a fix or work-around. Any tips would be appreciated.

This is an old discussion that has not been active in a long time. Instead of commenting here, you should start a new discussion. If you think the content of this discussion is still relevant, you can link to it from your new discussion.
So now my Wikipedia item has no "title", but it has an "author" that's the title of the article. Seems to work for citations, at least for APA style.
However, this workaround breaks display of items in Zotero, since these items will now be listed with blank titles.
I'd still appreciate a fix or a better workaround.
