Chronicle of Higher Education broken?

I'm trying to save a copy of an article in the Chronicle of Higher Education. The translator icon appears in the menu bar, but I get a generic "Could not save item" error pop-up.

I've filed report ID 667508991 through Zotero.

I'm using Zotero 4.0.12, Firefox 24.0, and Bodhi Linux 2.4 with kernel 3.8.0-12-generic. My system is currently up to date.

    Is the page fully loaded when you're trying this? I get a continuously spinning load icon on that page and as long as it spins I get an import error, but if I stop the load (i.e. click on the red x at the right of the URL bar) import works fine.

    It was definitely fully loaded last night (the icon didn't appear until it had finished loading). However, I just tried it again now, and it seems to be working again.

    The page is fully loaded when I try to add it to Zotero.

    update your translators (general tab of Zotero prefs) and try again. Not sure it's fixed, but I think it should be
