What word editor are you using? Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero? Does it happen in a new document? Did you follow the troubleshooting steps?

You somehow got the Zotero Beta Word plugin installed. Go into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the Word plugin, then restart Word and try again.
