How did you install Zotero? You're getting some bizarre errors that we've never seen before. You should test with the official tarball or zotero-deb. We can't provide support for any other packages.

That's not from Zotero — it's from some plugin you installed. You should always test with third-party plugins disabled if something isn't working as expected.

That is a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector. You should produce a Debug ID from the Zotero Client. Sophos is likely the culprit here though, so you should test with it temporarily disabled.
