This problem has been happening for a long time. Text annotations are cut-off and not fully shown on android when a pdf is opened. Once the annotation is tapped, it is fully showing.

The original Android issue (item not appearing) was also resolved. Re-importing the article fixed it.

You need to say what software you're actually referring to (the iOS app? the Android app?) and what the actual problem is that you're experiencing.

Are we now discussing another issue? Your post was about data syncing to Android. You now seem to be talking about file syncing to the desktop app?

The android app seems to sort (sub)folders in a different way than the Windows app (Windows 11, ARM-based).

That looks like the item synced. But I'm confused by your description: Force-closed and reopened the Android app — item still doesn't appear

Thanks for the clarification. Here's a new Debug ID captured in the correct order (started debug on Android first, then made a change on desktop and synced, then pulled to refresh on Android): D169681

That wouldn't have been the debug output for the first sync after a change. Make sure you're starting debug output logging on Android before making a change elsewhere.
